At Forum Filler, we strive to ensure that the content created for your forum not only meets but exceeds your expectations. We understand that there might be instances where revisions are necessary to align the content more closely with your vision. To accommodate these needs, we offer a comprehensive revision policy.
Revision Request Period:
- For content packages, a 14-day revision period is available from the date of content delivery for orders involving up to 10 posts.
- For larger packages involving more than 10 posts, a 30-day revision period is provided.
If a revision request is not submitted within the stipulated timeframe, we will consider the content approved by you, requiring no further modifications unless a new agreement is made.
Submitting a Revision Request:
To request a revision, please log into your account, navigate to the specific order under "My Orders," and select the "Request Revision" option. Here, you will need to specify your revision requirements clearly.
Eligibility for Revisions:
Revisions are granted under the following conditions:
- The revision request must be clear and specific, detailing exactly what needs to be adjusted. Moreover, the requested changes must not conflict with the initial content brief provided.
- Should our Quality Assurance Team determine that the content matches the initial brief, the revision request may be denied. In such cases, adjustments outside the scope of the original brief will require a new order.
- The content must remain unchanged by the client before the revision process. Any alterations made can affect the revision eligibility.
- Please allow up to 48 hours for the revision to be completed, although we often complete revisions in a shorter timeframe.
